At ForgeX Leather, we aim to make the refund process clear, fair, and transparent. Please review the details below to understand how refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available for non-sale and non-custom items that are returned within 30 days of delivery and meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused and unworn

Item must be in original condition

Original packaging must be included

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Custom or made-to-order products

Sale items, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, JoJo Sale, or any promotional event discounts
These items are excluded because custom products are made specifically for the customer, and sale items are offered at heavily reduced prices.
3. Cancellation Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 2 days of placing the order.
If production has not started, you will receive a full refund.
After 2 days, cancellation may not be possible as the item may already be in processing or stitching.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases:

We will cover all return shipping costs

You may choose between a replacement or a full refund

The issue will be resolved as quickly as possible
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout.
We do not issue cash refunds or process refunds to different accounts.
