Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at ForgeX Leather. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ve designed our return and exchange process to be simple, fair, and hassle-free. Please read the details carefully to understand how it works.

1. Returns — Simple, Clear & Fair (30-Day Window)

You may return non-sale, non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Have proof of purchase (order number or email receipt)

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Custom Orders (made-to-order products)

  • Sale items, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, JoJo Sale, and similar promotional events

These exclusions exist because sale items are offered at the lowest possible price, and custom orders are made specifically for you.

2. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at forgexleather@gmail.com with your order number and return request.

  2. Follow the instructions we provide.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship it back to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

3. Exchanges

If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please specify your request when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please inform us within 2 days of placing it.

After 2 days, production may already have started, and cancellation may not be possible.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 15 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the credit.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

  • We cover all shipping costs

  • We will replace or refund the item immediately

  • Full guidance will be provided for a smooth return or exchange
