You may return non-sale, non-custom items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must:

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

Custom Orders (made-to-order products)

Sale items, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, JoJo Sale, and similar promotional events
These exclusions exist because sale items are offered at the lowest possible price, and custom orders are made specifically for you.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return:

Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
3. Exchanges
If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please specify your request when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please inform us within 2 days of placing it.
After 2 days, production may already have started, and cancellation may not be possible.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the credit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases:
